Burgers are great. The wings are amazing. As a chicken wing connoisseur I can tell you these are some of the best I have ever had. They finish them off on the grill and have a great taste and are always cooked to perfection.
There are many Mexican dishes available which from the name you can tell is the specialty. If you are staying on the island don't miss this great spot. Atmosphere is casual but a nice sit down restaurant with a great wait staff. Depending on what time you go, you may have to wait but it is a fairly large restaurant and it never takes long to grab a seat.
Prices for sandwiches and burgers are in the $10 range with entrees running from $12-$20. You can even get a great steak in the mid $20 range.

If you are looking for some great seafood Marley's does it as good as anyone on the island. Fun beach theme restaurant but family friendly environment and a great bar for those who want to stop in and have a drink and enjoy some happy hour munchies.
Marley's has every kind of fish you can imagine. Lobster that is out of this world, as well as Mahi Mahi, Tilapia, Grouper, Salmon, and depending on when you are on the island may even have Halibut available. The menu changes from time to time but one of the best meals I had at Marley's was the fish in chips made from Halibut. Out of this world!!!
They also have a variety of steaks and surf and turf dishes available. Steaks are great and not too pricey for what you get.
Prices for most of the entrees are in the $15-$30 range but you if you want to go cheap eat in the bar on the happy hour menu. I had some great fish tacos and a couple margarita's with my wife and we got out of there for about $20.

If you want some great Greek food, or even just a burger, do not miss out on dining at It's Greek To Me. It is owned and run by authentic Greek's and the food is out of this world!!! I grew up in a Greek family and this is as close as you can get to Mom's cooking.
They have a great patio outside as well as very comfortable dining inside. We come right from the beach sometimes and sit on the patio for lunch.
If you have never had a great Gyro sandwich you must try this dish. Best I have had and the Tzatziki is amazing. Pastitsio, Spanakopita, Tyropita's and more. And if you don't want to try Greek they have some great burgers and steaks.
Prices are very reasonable, you can eat lunch dishes for under $10 and even the most expensive dinners are only in the low to mid $20 range.

This is the kind of place you would see featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. Absolutely the best diner type food I have ever experienced. Sandwiches and burgers and all cooked on a greasy grill.
Not much on the atmosphere side, very small and always busy. We like to get take out from Harold's and eat it back at the hotel or make a picnic.
The staff is really fun and will not only serve you food but will entertain you as well.

Some of the best seafood I have tasted on the island. Scott's sits right on the harbor at the Shops at Shelter Cove. They have a beautiful patio that overlooks the harbor as well as dining inside. Everything from the fish and chips to the Oysters and Scallops are out of this world.
Prices range from $10 for sandwiches to the mid $20's for dinners. There is something for everyone at this place. After dinner walk around the shops and enjoy some live entertainment in Shelter Cove.
STELLINI ITALIAN RESTAURANT

This little hidden gem is tucked away behind the main strip. Plug the address in your GPS because it is worth finding if you are in the mood for Italian!!! Very nice atmosphere, more of a fine dining feel and one of my favorite dinner places. Not open for lunch and closed on Sundays.
Many great pasta dishes, Linguine and Meatballs is a must. Great sauce and fresh bread served along side. One of my favorite dishes is the Fettuccine Alfredo.
Pasta entrees are in the $115-$20 range with the more expensive entrees in the $20's. Very reasonable and good size portions.
Staff is very friendly and service is always great.
ONE HOT MAMA'S

If you've got the kids along, or even if you don't, this is a great family friendly restaurant that has some of the best barbecue on the island. I like to grab a pulled pork sandwich at lunch and the baby back ribs are outstanding. And don't forget the wings, some of the best around.
Prices are ridiculously cheap, and portions are large. Lunch starts around $6 for some of the meals and dinners are not much more.

Ok, I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of this restaurant, but it's one of the locals favorites and they claim to have some of the best seafood around. So I'm including it on this list against my better judgement.
The restaurant is actually a shack, very small, and very shack like. Not many tables and you will have to wait in a long line to get in.
Once your in, the menu features many different fish entrees from sandwiches to platters. Very inexpensive with most items around the $10 range. Tilapia, Salmon, Swordfish, Scallops, Grouper and almost any other kind of fish you can think of.
Try it for yourself and see if maybe I'm missing something.
